Role Purpose

This position supports the coordination and management of clinical projects handled by 360biolabs. The role also involves preparing and maintaining clinical study documentation so that collaborative research and development work is delivered to the standards required by NATA accreditation, applicable regulations, and internal SOPs.

Clinical Project Management

  • Support the planning and launch activities needed to set up new clinical studies.
  • Prepare and review documents such as laboratory manuals, analytical plans, and study reports.
  • Arrange the provision and oversight of sample collection materials for clinical sites in line with study manuals.
  • Work closely with clients to keep project activities aligned with agreed goals.
  • Provide day-to-day project coordination support to clinical project teams.
  • Partner with colleagues and managers to track study timelines and budgets.
  • Communicate in a clear, professional, and proactive way to manage expectations, resolve issues, and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Contribute to project and team meetings to assist with tracking and reporting.
  • Take part in company meetings related to project and client management.

Data Analysis, Reporting, and Documentation

  • Prepare and check reports covering clinical work, schedules, and outcomes.
  • Keep records maintained to the required standards.
  • Support the creation of internal documentation and client-facing reports.

Client Engagement

  • Join technical and operational discussions with clients and contribute actively.
  • Plan and manage the activities needed to meet delivery deadlines across multiple projects and clients.

Quality and Accreditation

  • Follow ISO/IEC 17025, OECD GLP principles, GCLP principles, the 360biolabs Quality Management System, and all relevant NATA and regulatory requirements.

Team Collaboration

  • Maintain strong communication with co-workers and build productive relationships with clients, CROs, collaborators, and partners.

Professional Development

  • Attend meetings connected to clinical research and 360biolabs’ work.
  • Take part in relevant training courses and seminars to strengthen subject-matter knowledge.

Selection Criteria

  • A Bachelor of Science (Hons) or an equivalent qualification, together with relevant experience, is required.
