About the Role
This position is for a highly detail-focused Production Designer who will help execute digital-first brand creative across marketing channels and platforms. The role is centered on production work: creating polished, ready-to-use assets quickly, accurately, and consistently.
We are looking for someone with strong technical design skills, a meticulous eye, and the ability to turn approved creative concepts into scalable assets that are ready for distribution across platforms. You will support a large volume of creative output while helping preserve brand quality and also assist in building and improving presentation systems for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Working with teams across functions, you will contribute to campaign and initiative delivery across channels, with a strong focus on consistency, accuracy, and efficient execution.
Responsibilities
- Build production-ready creative for paid social, display, email, and web based on approved direction.
- Resize, adapt, and version assets for different formats, placements, and dimensions with speed and precision.
- Crop, scale, and prepare images for digital use while keeping composition strong and visually balanced.
- Organize files for handoff by applying clear naming conventions, correct specs, export settings, and quality checks.
- Support campaign launches across channels and help keep all deliverables consistent.
- Assist with internal marketing and leadership presentations, including deck and template production.
- Create and maintain reusable presentation templates that follow brand standards and improve team consistency.
- Use layout systems, typography, and grid structure to strengthen marketing and presentation materials.
- Refine slides for clarity, hierarchy, and visual consistency.
- Keep working files orderly and contribute to systems and templates that can scale.
- Incorporate feedback promptly and accurately, with close attention to detail.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in production design, graphic design, or a closely related area.
- A bachelor’s degree in graphic design is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail, especially for alignment, spacing, and consistency.
- Ability to take direction and feedback accurately without repeated correction.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and digital design fundamentals.
- Good judgment when cropping and composing imagery.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to handle several projects and shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Highly organized, dependable, and comfortable with high-volume production work.
- Collaborative, positive, and open to learning and growth.
- Experience creating presentation templates and systems in Figma or PowerPoint, with strong attention to hierarchy and clarity.
- Basic understanding of performance creative, including paid social and A/B testing variations.
- Experience with versioning workflows for a large number of assets.
- Exposure to print or packaging file setup is a plus.
- Interest in fashion, wellness, or luxury branding is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role is $70,000 to $75,000 per year. This is an exempt position, and the final salary may fall outside the stated range depending on factors such as location, experience, and performance. The total rewards package may also include performance bonuses, long-term incentives, a PTO policy, and other progressive benefits.
Brand Context
The company emphasizes mindful movement as a core part of its mission, with a philosophy that links practice in the studio to better living beyond it. This idea is described as moving awareness from the mat into everyday life and community impact.
