Key requirements
- Background working as a Private PA, Lifestyle Assistant, Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant for a Founder, entrepreneur or HNWI/UHNWI
- Ability to juggle several priorities at once while remaining highly organised
- Hands-on experience supporting both professional and private matters
- Natural problem-solver who can anticipate needs without being prompted
- Clear communicator who handles sensitive information with complete confidentiality
- Confident user of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and online collaboration platforms
- Comfortable operating remotely with limited day-to-day oversight
