Role Overview

This position is for an MS Intune subject matter expert with strong hands-on experience in Mobile Application Management and Mobile Device Management. The role is based in Bengaluru, India, with PAN India coverage mentioned for the assignment. The expected experience range is 5 to 12 years.

Core Technical Expectations

• Set up an MS Intune tenant and tailor its configuration to meet client requirements.
• Build and manage mobile device policies, restrictions, enrollment settings, profile rules, and compliance controls.
• Operate and support mobile device management and mobile application management solutions.
• Handle Intune administration for Windows 10 devices and Windows device enrollment.
• Publish and deploy Company Portal for mobile application access and distribution.
• Create and maintain application protection policies.
• Configure Azure AD or hybrid AD joined devices with MFA and Conditional Access enabled.
• Work extensively with Windows Autopilot.
• Apply strong knowledge of Windows Hello for Business.
• Support Defender ATP and Azure ATP implementation and administration.
• Implement configuration profiles and compliance policies.
• Use EMS for access control and data protection activities.
• Set up policy controls for BYOD and corporate-owned Apple devices, including DEP and ABM.
• Develop automated solutions related to subscriptions, licensing, and Apple APN certificate management.
• Coordinate with mobile device vendors to resolve device-related issues.

Preferred Knowledge

• Experience with software and certificate deployment to devices.
• Routine housekeeping and administration of MDM applications and enrolled devices.
• Awareness of Office 365 components and how they integrate with Intune.
• Understanding of application packaging for delivery through Intune.
• Ability to assess technical requirements across different device types.
• Working knowledge of enrollment, certification, and MDM processes.

Eligibility

Applicants should hold a B.Sc. in any specialization, B.C.A. in any specialization, or a B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization.
