Description de l'emploi
About the Studio
GAIN’s Creative Studio develops impactful ideas and content that help brands stand out, start conversations, and deliver meaningful results. The wider business combines creativity, data, and technology to build sharper strategies and turn insight into action.
The organisation is driven by bold thinking, strong collaboration, and the belief that creative intelligence works best when it is paired with data-led decision-making. Its specialist teams support brand growth through work across Creative Studio, Conversion, Customer Science, Experience, and Performance.
The Opportunity
This opening is for a Midweight Creative Team to help shape and produce standout creative work across international projects. The role is hands-on from the start, requiring someone who can generate ideas, refine them with care, and carry them through to delivery.
The position is suited to creatives who are ready for greater ownership, can influence project direction, and are keen to help raise the creative quality of the studio while staying curious, collaborative, and grounded.
Working Model and Reporting Line
You will report to the Associate Creative Director and work from the London/Bournemouth hybrid setup.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop original concepts that are clear, culturally relevant, and aligned to the brief.
- Approach ideas as connected systems and stories rather than isolated executions.
- Move quickly from idea generation into thoughtful refinement, knowing when to push a concept further.
- Combine instinct with evidence to strengthen creative decisions.
- Produce strong creative output across multiple formats and channels.
- Write with precision and confidence, while also applying sound design and art direction judgement.
- Keep the quality of work high through careful attention to detail.
- Ensure consistency and brand alignment across every output and touchpoint.
- Guide work from concept through to completion alongside designers, editors, animators, and production partners.
- Build clear presentations, decks, and toolkits that set projects up for success.
- Stay involved in production to protect the strength and intent of the idea.
- Juggle several workstreams with ownership, focus, and momentum.
- Partner closely with strategy, client, and production teams to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Present ideas to internal stakeholders and clients in a clear and confident way.
- Act as a dependable creative collaborator who is proactive and solutions-oriented.
- Support colleagues and help elevate the quality of the work around you.
- Keep up with culture, creators, communities, and how content is being interpreted across platforms.
- Bring cultural awareness into the work in a thoughtful and authentic manner.
What You Need
- At least 5 years of experience in a creative team role, or in a similar solo creative position, within a creative, social, or content-led agency environment.
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong concepting, craft, and consistency across multiple channels.
- Excellent writing ability for copy-focused creatives and strong visual thinking for art direction-focused creatives.
- Experience working alongside designers, motion specialists, editors, and other creative experts.
- Confidence in presenting ideas and explaining creative reasoning clearly.
- Comfort working quickly across multiple projects while maintaining high standards.
Traits That Will Help You Thrive
- You take pride in the work you create and hold yourself accountable for the output.
- You care about detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
- You remain calm in fast-moving situations and can bring clarity when things get busy.
- You are naturally curious, open to new ideas, and motivated to keep improving.
- You enjoy working collaboratively and believe strong results come from trusting teams.
- You bring energy, honesty, and generosity to the way you work with others.
