Role overview
This opportunity is presented on behalf of a partner employer, which will handle all applications and subsequent hiring steps. The partner company is seeking a Marketing Project Manager located in Germany.
You will work in a fast-paced, remote-first setting where marketing plans are turned into well-executed campaigns and cross-functional programs. In this role, you will act as the operational anchor for the marketing function, keeping projects organized across several channels and making sure priorities stay aligned, workflows stay efficient, and deadlines are met. The position involves supporting large-scale digital marketing work within an innovative, performance-focused business. It is well suited to someone who enjoys structure, can simplify complexity, and is comfortable keeping diverse teams moving in the same direction.
Key accountabilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns, product launches, partnerships, events, and brand-focused initiatives.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, roadmaps, and task trackers across several active marketing streams at once.
- Work closely with teams across Community Management, Social Media, Creative, PPC, SEO, CRM, VIP Marketing, Promotions, Acquisition, and Retention to support smooth execution.
- Run marketing standups, project check-ins, and progress updates to keep stakeholders aligned, accountable, and informed.
- Track project status, spot risks or blockers early, and take action to keep work on schedule.
- Assist marketing leadership by organizing priorities, coordinating workflows, and turning strategic goals into practical project plans.
- Keep project records, reporting, budgets, milestones, capacity planning, and PM systems up to date using tools such as Jira, Notion, or similar platforms.
- Help improve processes by refining workflows, strengthening documentation, and contributing to post-project reviews for better future execution.
Requirements
The role calls for at least 3 years of experience in marketing project management, marketing operations, marketing coordination, or a closely related position.
Experience in iGaming, esports, gaming, or another high-speed digital industry is strongly preferred.
You should bring strong organizational and project management ability, with confidence handling multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Prior experience leading meetings, tracking action items, and driving accountability from project start to finish is important.
A solid understanding of digital marketing channels is needed, including content marketing, social media, influencer marketing, CRM, partnerships, paid media, and customer lifecycle activity.
Hands-on experience with project management or collaboration tools such as Jira, Notion, or equivalent platforms is required.
You should also have a strong analytical approach, using reporting and performance insights to improve operational efficiency.
Attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to adapt quickly in changing environments are key.
A collaborative mindset, strong sense of ownership, and commitment to high-quality output are expected.
