About the Role
DELISHOUS is seeking a creative, detail-focused Marketing Intern to help strengthen the brand and develop content. DELISHOUS is a new kombucha brand built around premium tea, designed to offer a smoother, lower-acid, and more refined drinking experience. As the company grows in New York City across cafés, restaurants, and retail partners, it is also expanding its presence on social and digital channels.
This position provides practical experience in content production, brand storytelling, and campaign work inside an early-stage beverage startup. The selected candidate will work directly with the founder and gain first-hand exposure to how a consumer brand is developed from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and support content for Instagram, TikTok, and Red Note.
- Help plan and run social media campaigns and content strategies.
- Contribute to brand storytelling through copy, messaging, and visual direction.
- Generate fresh campaign concepts that match the brand’s positioning.
- Manage day-to-day social activity, including posting, community engagement, and basic performance tracking.
- Work with the business development team to support retail marketing and in-store activations.
- Assist with photo shoots, content production, and organizing visual assets.
- Track industry trends, competitor activity, and new content formats in the food and beverage space.
Requirements
- Must currently be enrolled in college/university or have recently graduated.
- Interest in marketing, branding, or consumer startups, especially food and beverage.
- Comfort using Instagram, TikTok, and/or Red Note content environments.
- Strong eye for aesthetics, branding, and engaging content.
- Self-driven, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-moving setting.
- Willingness to take initiative and bring ideas, not only complete assigned tasks.
- Good command of English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous exposure to social media management or content creation.
- Experience or interest in photography, copywriting, or design.
- Understanding of campaign planning and content strategy.
- Strong interest in food and beverage, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
- Bilingual ability in English and Chinese is an advantage.

Compensation
Compensation will be discussed during the interview and will depend on experience and contribution.
