The role
Bream Bay in Ruakākā is seeking a casual Maintenance Person to support the site with a wide range of general maintenance tasks.
What the job involves
- Using a broad, hands-on skill set to carry out maintenance work across the property.
- Working in a varied role where each day can bring different tasks.
- Coordinating with outside contractors, internal staff, and residents.
What you need to bring
- Prior experience in a trade or maintenance-related role.
- Working knowledge of Building Code standards and compliance obligations.
- Solid awareness of health and safety practices.
- A dependable, self-driven work style.
- A warm and approachable manner for interacting with residents, visitors, staff, and contractors.
- Strong planning and time-management ability.
- Good physical fitness.
- A current clean New Zealand driver licence.
- Permission to work in New Zealand.
