Role Overview

Followmont Transport is looking for a dependable Local HR Driver to join its Pickup and Delivery (PUD) team in Emerald, Queensland. This position suits someone who takes pride in accurate, high-standard work and can manage freight pickups and deliveries safely while following company procedures and regulations.

Work Schedule and Employment Details

• Permanent full-time position
• Monday to Friday roster
• Shift start time: 7:00 am
• Immediate commencement available

Key Duties

• Carry out pickups and deliveries for general freight
• Ensure freight is delivered safely, efficiently, and within the required timeframes
• Work in a steady-paced environment while maintaining strong safety and accuracy standards
• Follow all operational rules, procedures, and regulations to support smooth day-to-day operations

Requirements

• Prior experience in a similar role within a structured environment
• Current manual HR licence
• Forklift licence preferred but not essential
• Professional attitude with strong accountability and a commitment to meeting targets
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical assessment, drug and alcohol screening, and criminal history check
