Role Overview
NoctivisLab OÜ is looking for an experienced and energetic Learning & Development Manager to join its team in the United Arab Emirates. This role focuses on shaping learning strategy, strengthening employee capabilities, and supporting leadership growth across the organization.
Job Details

- Work arrangement: On-site, with hybrid work also available
Key Responsibilities
- Create and roll out organization-wide learning and development plans.
- Assess training requirements and pinpoint capability gaps within different departments.
- Build, organize, and lead leadership development and employee training initiatives.
- Handle onboarding programs, succession planning, and career growth initiatives.
- Administer learning management systems and other digital learning tools.
- Review the impact of training efforts and track return on investment using KPIs and performance data.
- Work closely with department heads to strengthen workforce skills.
- Promote an environment that supports ongoing learning and professional advancement.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrated background in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Training, or HR-related roles.
- Good understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Hands-on experience delivering training programs, workshops, and e-learning solutions.
- Strong verbal communication, presentation, coaching, and facilitation abilities.
- Solid project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, ATD, or similar credentials are considered a plus.
