Responsibilities

  • Join the client final-details call around six weeks before the wedding to review logistics, timing, and expectations.
  • Run the ceremony rehearsal the day before the wedding and make sure everyone understands the sequence, timing, and cues.
  • Represent the couple onsite as the main point of support, staying composed and solving problems as they come up.
  • Supervise ceremony and reception setup so it matches the event design and the day-of execution plan.
  • Oversee the full wedding day from the arrival of vendors through the final teardown at the end of the night.
  • Welcome vendors, guide them, and serve as the central point of contact throughout the event.
  • Give clear setup direction to vendors so the event is carried out according to plan.
  • Help arrange personal and décor items such as escort cards, menus, table numbers, favors, guest books, and other design pieces.
  • Support the wedding party and family members with timing, direction, and day-of assistance.
  • Make sure all end-of-event belongings, including gifts, guest books, and personal décor, are packed up and tracked properly.
  • Handle last-minute issues quickly and proactively to protect the guest experience and keep the event running smoothly.

Requirements
