Labourer, Industrial Services

Overview

GFL Environmental Inc. is seeking a full-time Industrial Services Labourer to join its team in Saint John, New Brunswick. This role involves hands-on industrial cleaning support, customer-facing interaction, and working safely across a variety of job sites.

What you’ll do

• Carry out industrial cleaning work using hot wash equipment, high-pressure systems, and a hose truck.
• Enter confined spaces as required for assigned tasks.
• Handle loads of up to 50 lbs while setting up and managing hoses and while shoveling waste material.
• Assist with the operation of vacuum trucks and mobile wash equipment.
• Represent the company professionally when dealing with clients, customers, and vendors on-site and off-site.
• Take part in work assignments directed by the supervisor at different locations while following safe and effective work practices.
• Complete any additional duties assigned.

What you need

• A high school diploma.
• A valid Class 5 driver’s license.
• Strong verbal communication skills for dealing with teammates and customers.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
