What You’ll Do

In this role, you will support the kitchen team by keeping the back-of-house running cleanly, safely, and efficiently. You will work alongside the Head Chef and wider brigade to help maintain excellent standards across the kitchen.

Your work will focus on hygiene, organisation, and readiness of equipment and service items, while also contributing to food preparation support and stock handling when needed.

Working Pattern

This is a full-time, permanent role on a rota basis across five days out of seven. Weekend working is included. The standard working week is 45 hours, although this may vary based on operational demand.
