Role Overview
We are hiring a Key Account Manager for the Western Region of Saudi Arabia. The role is centered on driving Ipsen’s business objectives through benefit-led programs for selected key account customers, delivering KAM and business unit targets across assigned accounts, strengthening Ipsen’s position as the preferred partner, and building a more customer-focused relationship model with key accounts.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with an assigned customer group to uncover commercial opportunities.
- Develop strong, lasting relationships with senior decision-makers and key influencers across major accounts, while ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Work with a defined customer set, usually within a geographic or industry segment, to reach revenue objectives by growing spend per customer and pursuing new sales opportunities through development and closure.
- Generate demand for the company’s offerings by improving visibility and engagement with customers.
- Hold regular business review and planning meetings with customer leadership to understand their priorities and align them with product and service strategies.

Education
A pharmacy degree or an equivalent qualification is required.
