The company is looking for a driven Junior Front-End Developer from the MENA region to join its distributed team and help create modern web experiences in a healthcare-oriented setting.

What you'll do

• Build and update responsive websites and landing pages for healthcare and medical clients.
• Translate design mockups into tidy, maintainable, and reusable front-end code.
• Contribute to digital marketing assets that improve campaign results and visitor engagement.
• Partner with designers, marketers, and project managers to implement layout and functionality accurately.
• Support improvements that help with SEO, conversion optimization, and overall site performance.
• Improve page speed, accessibility, and compatibility across major browsers.
• Ensure websites work smoothly on desktop, tablet, and mobile screens.
• Apply current web standards and user experience best practices.
• Help maintain websites built on platforms such as WordPress.
• Make content edits, page template updates, and layout changes when needed.
• Find and fix interface issues and front-end bugs.
• Test features and pages across devices and browsers to keep performance consistent.
• Keep up with new front-end tools, technologies, and workflows.
• Take part in code reviews, team learning sessions, and mentorship activities.
• Continuously build your technical capability and contribute ideas for better processes.

Requirements

• 0 to 2 years of front-end development experience, including internships, freelance work, academic projects, or personal projects.
• Prior exposure to live websites or web apps is an added advantage.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Good command of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Working knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design approaches.
• Exposure to modern front-end libraries or frameworks such as React or Vue is beneficial.
• Experience with WordPress or another CMS platform is preferred.
• Basic understanding of SEO-conscious development practices.
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Experience using design collaboration tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Understanding of performance tuning and browser compatibility requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills in a remote setting.
• Comfort with feedback and a willingness to keep learning.
• Ability to organize priorities and work independently to deadlines.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or comparable CSS frameworks is preferred.
• Awareness of web accessibility standards such as WCAG is an advantage.
• Exposure to healthcare, medical, or regulated sectors is helpful.
• Familiarity with JavaScript build tools and modern development workflows is a plus.
• English fluency is required; Arabic is highly desirable.
