Junior Account Manager (m/w/d)

Position Overview

As a Junior Account Manager, you will work with a selected portfolio of clients and help expand business relationships across a range of industries, with a particular focus on Green Tech. In this role, you support staffing and hiring activities, connect customer needs with suitable talent, and act as a coordinating point of contact for the engineers you place.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a network within an assigned client base across different industries, especially in the Green Tech space.
• Work with clients to understand their staffing needs, translate those needs into clear requirement profiles, and draft job advertisements.
• Support the full recruitment process for suitable candidates, from publishing the vacancy through to hiring.
• Serve as the main contact person for the engineers you have placed and coordinate communication between them and the client while they work on project-specific development assignments.

Candidate Profile

You should have a degree in business administration, economics, or a comparable qualification. The role suits a communicative, persuasive, and well-organized personality. Initial experience in customer acquisition and/or candidate acquisition is an advantage. Strong German skills at negotiation level are required, and conversational English is desirable.
