Role overview

Chuy’s is hiring a Janitor/Busser to help keep the restaurant clean, inviting, and ready for every guest. In this role, you’ll partner with the team to maintain a polished dining room, support day-to-day cleanliness across the restaurant, and assist both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Success in this position depends on working quickly, noticing the small details, and taking pride in keeping the space in great shape.

Pay varies based on location, and tips are included.

What you’ll do

• Keep dining areas neat, clean, and presentable for guests.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including shared and high-traffic areas.
• Support both front-of-house and back-of-house teams as needed.
• Help create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant.
• Work efficiently while paying close attention to detail.
