Role overview
GXO is hiring a Janitor to help keep facilities and surrounding areas clean, safe, and running efficiently. Shift timings
This position includes multiple schedule options:
- Monday to Friday, 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- Sunday to Thursday, 5:30 PM to 4:00 AM
What you will be doing
- Cleaning indoor areas as well as exterior grounds
- Removing trash, clearing debris, and wiping or dusting dock doors and other equipment
- Keeping restrooms clean and handling routine vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
- Carrying out simple equipment maintenance or minor repairs as needed
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate brings prior custodial experience, a constructive attitude, and the ability to collaborate effectively with others. You should be comfortable with physically active work that may involve bending, lifting, climbing, pushing, pulling, twisting, squatting, kneeling, and standing or walking for long periods across uneven or slippery surfaces.
