About the Role
TrueBlue is looking for an HR Analyst who is strong in analysis, detail, and HR operations. In this role, you will support HR reporting, workforce analytics, and decisions driven by data. You will handle important parts of the employee journey, including onboarding, documentation, benefits, engagement activities, and HR data management. This position suits someone who values structure, accuracy, and improving processes every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a smooth experience for new hires and exits by managing paperwork, background verification, and coordination with relevant internal teams.
- Keep employee information, HRMS records, and compliance files accurate and up to date. Support insurance and benefits administration, and work with vendors on coverage and claims.
- Plan and run induction programs from start to finish, and prepare and release HR policies and documents on time.
- Build and manage dashboards and trackers for headcount, attrition, and other reporting requirements.
- Support employee engagement activities, including town halls, speaker sessions, and internal communications, handling execution end to end.
- Work closely with IT, Admin, and Finance teams to keep HR operations running smoothly.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in HR operations or generalist HR roles, with a solid understanding of HR processes.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Strong organization and communication abilities, along with a sharp eye for detail.
- Good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, Google Data Studio, and HRMS tools.
- A dependable, proactive, self-managed professional who takes ownership and follows a people-first approach.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience in staffing, workforce solutions, or talent analytics environments is preferred.
