Role Overview

The Housekeeper will be responsible for keeping the restaurant environment clean, organized, and safe at all times. This is a full-time, on-site position in Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.

Key Duties

• Clean dining spaces, washrooms, staff areas, and storage rooms to maintain a consistently neat environment.
• Carry out routine cleaning work such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing surfaces.
• Follow the established cleaning timetable and complete tasks in line with the schedule.
• Handle laundry for linens, uniforms, and cleaning cloths, including washing, drying, folding, and proper care.
• Keep essential supplies such as towels, toiletries, and cleaning materials replenished.
• Respond quickly to cleaning needs raised by restaurant staff.
• Work in accordance with health, hygiene, and safety expectations for a food-service setting.
• Help preserve a positive guest experience by maintaining strong presentation and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications and Expectations

The ideal candidate should have experience or familiarity with housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality work, especially in hotels or restaurants. A solid understanding of general hygiene, safety, and sanitation practices is important. The role requires the ability to stay on your feet, walk, bend, and lift moderate loads for long periods. Strong dependability, careful attention to detail, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed are also essential.
