Sofitel Al Hamra Beach Resort is looking to add a Guest Relation Ambassador to its team in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.

Role Summary

In this position, you will be the main point of contact for guests and will help shape a warm, memorable stay. The role calls for someone polished, considerate, and attentive to guest expectations, with a strong focus on service quality and building positive relationships. You will work closely with different hotel departments to ensure each guest interaction supports the property’s standards of excellence and hospitality.

Key Duties

  • Welcome guests on arrival and see them off at departure in a friendly, polished, and professional manner.
  • Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns quickly and with care, aiming to resolve matters without delay.
  • Share clear and helpful details about the property’s facilities, services, amenities, and nearby attractions.
  • Manage complaints in a tactful and professional way, working toward solutions that leave guests satisfied.
  • Partner with housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, and other teams to deliver smooth service across the property.
  • Keep accurate notes on guest preferences and past interactions so service can be personalized in future visits.
  • Lead property tours and introduce new guests to the resort and its offerings.
  • Track guest satisfaction and collect feedback to support service improvements.
  • Act as a professional representative of the property at all times and uphold the brand’s service standards.
  • Support special guest requests and tailor services where needed.
