Guest Experience Manager - AI Trainer

Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Guest Experience Manager to support the training of AI systems. In this position, you will assess how AI chatbots are progressing, review the reasoning behind their responses, and identify issues to help improve model quality.

This opportunity calls for a very strong background in writing, editing, and content development. Related academic or professional areas may include Communications and Journalism, among others.

• Compensation is paid on an hourly basis, starting at $25-$30+ per hour, and some projects may include bonus pay.

Responsibilities

• Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review the responses they produce.
• Judge the accuracy and overall performance of AI-generated outputs.

Qualifications

• Strong command of English at a native or bilingual level.
• A careful, detail-focused approach to work.
• Proven ability to assess content and provide clear written feedback.
• A bachelor's degree that is currently underway, already completed, or in progress is preferred, though not mandatory.

Additional Information

Payment is processed through PayPal, which will also manage any USD currency conversion. You will never be asked to pay any money to apply or participate. Only candidates located in New Zealand will be considered. This is an independent contractor role.
