Role Overview
The agency is looking for a reliable, caring full-time nanny to support local families in Tallahassee. This role is centered on infant care, with an emphasis on creating a secure, stimulating, and upbeat environment that helps children grow and thrive.
Work Schedule
This position is for 30 to 40 hours per week. The available schedules currently include:
- Monday to Friday, flexible 40-hour week, starting in July
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with travel for two weeks each month, starting in August
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with part-time hours during the first two weeks, starting in August
Compensation and Support
Pay begins at $15 per hour and can go up to $20 per hour. Nannies may pick up extra shifts if they want additional hours. The agency also provides backup-care support and a smooth payment process to help ensure dependable, hassle-free compensation.
Experience Needed
Candidates should have prior experience caring for infants and should enjoy working closely with children in a positive, nurturing setting.
