The Role

We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Operator to join our Founder's Office. This role requires an individual who thrives in ambiguity and takes initiative to drive projects forward, even with incomplete information. You will be working closely with the founder, who spends significant time in the field and on shoots, meaning you'll often need to navigate complex situations independently. The expectation is a high standard of work, with a commitment to iteration and perfection. If your instinct is to solve problems and figure things out, this role is a strong fit.
