Role overview
Bolt is hiring a hands-on Fleet Operations Driver to work shifts and support day-to-day e-scooter deployment across the city. The role focuses on making sure scooters are available, charged, safe to ride, and positioned neatly so streets and sidewalks stay clear.

What you will do
- Drive company vans to move e-scooters around the city and exchange batteries when needed.
- Place scooters correctly so they are easy to use and do not block streets or sidewalks.
- Track down missing scooters, inspect their condition, and either return them to the warehouse or put them back into service.
- Carry out small roadside fixes to help keep the fleet available.
- Support the warehouse operations team whenever extra help is required.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate is dependable, practical, and comfortable with shift-based work. You should be a confident driver with strong local knowledge and a focus on safe travel. Prior professional driving experience is helpful, but not essential. A proactive mindset, ownership of tasks, and the ability to work with smartphones and basic mechanical tools are important. Good local language ability is required, and English is a plus.
