Finance Analyst (MNC)

Position summary

As a Contract Management Senior Analyst, you will serve as the subject matter expert for end-to-end rebate and commission administration. You will oversee a portfolio of entities and business units, making sure agreements are correctly established and maintained, financial accruals and reporting remain accurate, settlements and payments are processed on time and in line with requirements, and governance and controls stay strong. A key part of the role will also involve improving and standardising processes across the function.

Key duties

• Set up and maintain rebate and commission agreements accurately across assigned entities.
• Safeguard the accuracy of accruals and related financial reporting.
• Ensure settlements and payments are completed on schedule and comply with internal policies.
• Maintain robust process controls, oversight, and governance.
• Drive process enhancement and greater consistency across workflows.
• Work closely with finance and sales teams across regions to ensure commercial arrangements are properly reflected in systems and aligned with company policies and controls.

Candidate profile

The ideal person will be a part-qualified or qualified accountant, or hold an equivalent background. You should bring at least 3 to 4 years of experience in finance or accounting, with rebate or commission process experience considered a strong plus. The role also calls for solid systems knowledge, sharp analytical and problem-solving ability, confident stakeholder handling, and clear communication. A proactive approach, ownership mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement are important.
