Role Overview
As a Field Sales Representative in the Windsor territory, you will build strong customer partnerships, improve base sales, support new product introductions and promotions, and make sure products stand out in stores. Success in this role means delivering field KPIs and meeting yearly targets while representing well-known brands in the snack category.
What You’ll Do
- Create strong in-store impact by using effective merchandising practices and keeping shelves well stocked.
- Plan, roll out, and track promotional activities.
- Place and manage point-of-purchase materials in retail locations.
- Track your work and submit activity reports.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Good understanding of sales and negotiation processes.
- Strong analytical thinking.
- Previous sales experience, ideally in FMCG or CPG.
- Persistence, accuracy, and attention to detail.
About the Role
This position is intended for someone who wants to grow a sales career within the organization. It is a stepping-stone role in retail sales, with the expectation that the right candidate will aim to progress further over time.
You should also bring enthusiasm for the CPG sector and the ability to represent and sell household brands such as Oreo, Ritz, and Cadbury. A solid grasp of retail operations and a drive to achieve results through strong in-store execution and customer engagement will be important.
Education and Certification
- A bachelor’s degree of four years, preferably in business administration or commerce.
- A valid driver’s license with a favorable driving record; a driver’s abstract will be required.
Job Requirements
- The selected candidate must live close to Windsor.
- A company vehicle will be provided for customer visits within the Windsor territory.
Work Schedule
- Standard business hours, Monday through Friday.
Compensation and Benefits
The base pay for this role is expected to fall between CAD 56,400 and CAD 70,500, depending on experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition, the role is eligible for a competitive bonus plan with a target of 12%, with potential to earn more based on performance and company results.
