Key Duties
- Sweep, vacuum, wipe down surfaces, and mop storage units, corridors, restrooms, elevators, and similar areas
- Remove and dispose of trash
- Monitor cleaning supplies, keep inventory updated, and request replacements when needed
- Take on additional tasks as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong organizational ability
- Open to learning new tasks and processes
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
Work Environment
This role involves moderate hazards or discomforts and requires attention to safety. Work may be performed around moving machinery, fumes, or irritating chemicals, and protective equipment such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields may be necessary.
Physical Requirements
The job calls for regular physical activity, including standing for long stretches, moving around outdoors, reaching at different heights, and handling equipment that may weigh at least 50 lbs with or without assistance.
