Description de l'emploi

About Forka

Forka is a fast-growing food and beverage holding company focused on building, running, and scaling standout hospitality brands. Its work spans three main areas: operating its own high-performing restaurant locations, investing strategically in new F&B concepts, and delivering top-tier operational consulting to outside clients.

Role Summary

This role is a dual-function position serving as the CEO’s primary support partner. It combines high-level executive administration with corporate communications, making you the person who protects the CEO’s time while also shaping the CEO’s public and business-facing voice.

This is far beyond a routine admin role. Part of the job centers on managing executive operations at a demanding pace, including calendar control, communication filtering, and keeping senior leaders aligned with deadlines. The other part focuses on executive writing and brand communication, such as producing LinkedIn content, supporting employer branding, and preparing polished correspondence for investors, landlords, and consulting clients.

Executive Operations and Administration

You will be responsible for keeping the CEO’s schedule focused on high-value priorities, handling communication flow, and making sure the executive team follows through on key commitments.

  • Oversee the CEO’s busy calendar, prioritize important meetings, and shield the schedule from low-priority interruptions.
  • Sort and manage incoming emails and LinkedIn messages, and draft professional replies on behalf of the CEO for investors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Join confidential leadership meetings, capture detailed notes, and follow up persistently to ensure action items and deadlines are completed.
  • Combine weekly updates from Operations, Culinary, Brand, and HR into a concise executive-level summary for the CEO.

Executive Communications and Public Relations

The second half of the role is centered on writing, messaging, and relationship support that strengthens the CEO’s and company’s external presence.

  • Hold weekly conversations with the CEO to identify strategic insights and turn them into strong LinkedIn thought-leadership posts focused on F&B operations and turnaround strategy.
  • Prepare refined pitch emails, internal and external corporate memos, and press announcements related to acquisitions, consulting work, and expansion plans.
  • Manage the company’s professional social media presence, especially on LinkedIn and other B2B platforms, and create behind-the-scenes content that highlights the company culture and leadership team.
  • Track and maintain relationships with investors, chefs, and real estate developers, ensuring follow-ups happen on time and with precision.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • You should bring 4 to 7+ years of experience, ideally in a Strategic Executive Assistant, PR Account Manager, or a blended operations/communications position in a fast-moving agency, startup, or corporate hospitality environment.
  • Outstanding writing ability is essential, including the skill to match the CEO’s tone and produce polished, persuasive copy. A writing exercise will be part of the interview process.
  • You need to be highly organized, methodical, and focused on deadlines, with a strong habit of closing loops and keeping work structured.
  • A solid understanding of commercial and B2B dynamics is important, including the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
  • Strong technical ability is required across executive calendar tools, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and LinkedIn content planning.
  • Extreme discretion and trustworthiness are necessary when dealing with confidential financial details, HR matters, and proprietary strategy.

What’s Offered

  • Direct exposure to the CEO along with close mentorship.
  • A highly influential position helping shape a major regional F&B holding group from an early stage.
  • Competitive executive-level pay with growth potential as the business expands.

Application Note

Applicants are asked to share a CV and a short cover letter written in the same professional tone they would use when drafting an email for a CEO.
