Entry-Level Data Entry Operator

About the Role

CodeVertex Talent is looking for an entry-level Data Entry Operator to help keep records accurate, documentation organized, and internal operations running smoothly in a remote setting. This position plays a key part in maintaining reliable information that can be used confidently for day-to-day business activities.

Responsibilities

• Input, revise, and maintain correct data in internal platforms, spreadsheets, and workflow tools.
• Check submitted details for completeness, proper formatting, duplicate entries, and basic consistency.
• Arrange digital documents and keep records aligned with internal process requirements.
• Share task progress, missing details, and any exceptions clearly with team leads.
• Handle customer, applicant, business, and operational information with a high level of confidentiality.

Required Qualifications

• Strong focus on accuracy, clear communication, organization, and dependability.
• Capability to work from home independently while taking responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Comfort working within a structured business environment.
• Ability to manage documentation, records, systems, or operational work with precision.
• Good problem-solving ability and a willingness to work within established procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background supporting remote teams or handling document-intensive workflows is an advantage.
• Familiarity with standard workplace tools such as spreadsheets, email, calendars, CRM systems, ATS platforms, ticketing tools, or reporting software, depending on the role.
• Ability to maintain accuracy across repetitive tasks and internal systems.
