About the Role
State & Main Kitchen + Bar is looking for a Dishwasher to help keep the back-of-house running smoothly in a lively, fast-moving restaurant environment. The role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-focused, and comfortable supporting a busy kitchen where cleanliness and teamwork are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, cookware, pots, and utensils so they are ready for immediate use.
- Keep the dishwashing area neat and orderly, and lend a hand with basic food preparation when needed.
- Follow kitchen health, hygiene, and safety rules to help maintain a clean and safe workspace.
- Assist with trash disposal, sweeping, and mopping to support smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to help service stay efficient during peak periods.
