Role overview
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead paid acquisition, retention, and SEO efforts to grow the brand across digital channels. This role requires a strong mix of strategy, execution, experimentation, analytics, and copywriting.
Key responsibilities
- Build, launch, optimize, and scale paid campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and YouTube, including Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max.
- Test and expand into additional acquisition channels such as Pinterest, LinkedIn, affiliate, influencer, and programmatic media.
- Manage retention marketing programs through email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, and CRM/lifecycle automations.
- Draft and improve ad messaging, landing page copy, and campaign communication while staying aligned with the brand’s tone.
- Shape growth plans by setting budget allocations, choosing channel combinations, and refining audience targeting.
- Track and analyze performance indicators such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and retention, then translate findings into campaign improvements.
- Run structured A/B tests across creatives, messaging, audiences, and landing pages to identify top-performing combinations.
- Stay current with platform updates, new ad formats, and broader industry shifts.
- Create and execute both on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Perform keyword research, competitor review, and content gap analysis to support SEO and content planning.
- Lead technical SEO work, including improvements related to site speed, crawlability, indexation, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and issues identified in tools such as Google Search Console and Screaming Frog.
- Measure organic performance through metrics like impressions, clicks, rankings, and domain authority using tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs, and refine actions based on results.
Candidate profile
The ideal applicant should be a self-driven marketer with strong performance marketing experience, excellent copywriting ability, and comfort working across acquisition, retention, and SEO. Experience in a D2C, e-commerce, or fast-scaling startup environment is preferred.

Additional details
This role is based in Faridabad, India. The compensation is listed at INR 5,00,000 to 6,00,000 per year. The company prefers candidates with 2 to 4 years of relevant hands-on experience. Experience with influencer marketing, affiliate programs, marketplace advertising such as Amazon or Flipkart, and CRM/retention tools will be considered an advantage.
