Job Overview

This full-time role is for an experienced design professional who can handle STP, WTP, and ETP projects. The position is based in Gurugram, Haryana, and requires hands-on drafting and design expertise, along with strong technical understanding of water and wastewater treatment systems.

What You Will Do

• Create detailed drawings, layouts, and process schematics for sewage, water, and effluent treatment projects.
• Prepare design outputs using AutoCAD and SolidWorks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Use technical knowledge to align designs with applicable standards and regulatory requirements.
• Work with cross-functional project teams to improve and refine treatment system designs and processes.
• Develop and check BOMs and BOQs for project execution.

Required Background

• A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in STP, WTP, and ETP design work.
• Strong command of AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Good understanding of water and wastewater treatment processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and problem-solving capability.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
• Comfortable using MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Eligibility

Applicants should hold a B.Tech / B.E. degree in Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Candidates with the required experience in treatment plant design and drafting are preferred.

Compensation

The role offers an annual CTC in the range of INR 3,50,000 to INR 5,00,000.
