Design Assistant

Role Overview

Robb & Stucky Furniture and Interiors is looking for a Design Assistant in Naples, Florida to support its interior design team. The role is aimed at recent college graduates or candidates at the beginning of their interior design careers, including newly graduated interior design students.

What You’ll Do

• Assist interior designers with day-to-day project support.
• Research products and materials for client and project needs.
• Help maintain the fabrics and materials library.
• Support selection of FF&E items.
• Request quotes and gather pricing and estimate information.
• Communicate with vendors and clients as needed.
• Help prepare presentations and meetings.

What We’re Looking For

• Applicants should be pursuing a degree, preferably an AA or bachelor’s program in Interior Design.
• Candidates should be highly organized and attentive to detail.
• Strong ability to juggle multiple tasks and set priorities effectively.
• Good communication and administrative abilities are required.
• A positive, motivated, enthusiastic, and goal-driven mindset is important.
• Creative thinking and a focused approach are valued.
• Experience using CAD, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is required.
• A valid driver’s license is mandatory.

Work Schedule

This is a Monday through Friday position.
