Join Tossit as a Customer Service/Customer Support intern and utilize your bilingual communication skills in English and Hindi to assist our customers effectively. This hands-on internship requires proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel to deliver precise and prompt support aligned with our mission of revolutionizing home cooking convenience.
Key Responsibilities
- Address customer queries promptly, ensuring solutions are helpful and timely.
- Support customers during order placements and provide detailed product information.
- Resolve customer concerns empathetically while maintaining professionalism.
- Accurately update and manage customer information and databases.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain smooth and consistent customer service.
- Prepare reports and analyze customer feedback to contribute to continuous service improvement.
- Suggest and implement innovative ideas to enhance the overall customer experience.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Must be available for a full-time in-office internship in Bangalore.
- Able to commence internship between August 5, 2026, and September 9, 2026.
- Committed to a 6-month internship duration.
- Possess relevant skills and interests suitable for customer service roles.

Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging from ₹50,000 to ₹70,000, comprising a fixed component of ₹25,000-₹35,000 and an incentive of ₹25,000-₹35,000.
- Opportunity for a job offer post-internship with an annual salary between ₹4,00,000 and ₹6,00,000 upon successful full-time conversion.
