Role summary

This mid-level Customer Service Representative II role sits within ADM Nutrition’s customer service function in Dubai. The position focuses on the end-to-end order fulfilment journey, from order entry through to delivery, and reports to the Customer Service Team Lead for the Dubai Flavors site. The role works closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Shipping teams to help deliver a strong customer experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for the customers assigned to you.
  • Handle customer questions and requests by email and phone.
  • Create, send, and track routine as well as ad hoc reports.
  • Prepare and issue tailored documentation as required.
  • Support client projects by coordinating with the field sales team and internal stakeholders, with guidance from the manager.
  • Enter, maintain, and update master data according to required standards.
  • Work through credit hold concerns and support resolution.
  • Keep customer records accurate across all required systems.
  • Manage customer labels in Arabic.
  • Process new and updated purchase orders promptly.
  • Send order confirmations and shipment status updates without delay.
  • Identify order-related issues early, monitor shipments, and expedite orders when needed.
  • Ensure the correct shipping documentation is completed for all deliveries.
  • Partner with cross-functional support teams to address product concerns and customer complaints.
