About the internship
This internship is centered on customer support for an event-tech platform that helps manage ticketing, distribution, analytics, and audience engagement for large and small entertainment events across India. The role is based in Ahmedabad and is designed for someone who is comfortable working from the office full time.
What you will do
- Respond to end-user support requests through chat, email, and phone calls.
- Guide event organizers through platform usage and help resolve product-related issues.
- Work closely with internal tech and operations teams while events are live to keep support running smoothly.
- Keep daily support records updated and follow the company’s established support workflow.

Stipend
