Role Summary

In this position, you will plan, build, and refresh course materials using the ADDIE instructional design approach. You will also create new course offerings in response to market demand, keep documentation up to date for compliance purposes, and contribute to curriculum operations and digital learning support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Study training needs and develop courseware using the ADDIE model to support strong learning outcomes.
  • Independently create new course packages that incorporate industry-relevant capabilities informed by market developments and management direction.
  • Develop training content for both WSQ and non-WSQ modules to suit learner and industry requirements.
  • Review course structure and content, producing clear and engaging write-ups for new offerings.
  • Keep course records accurate and maintain version control to meet regulatory expectations.
  • Assist with RFP, ITQ, and course contextualisation work to ensure programmes match client requirements.
  • Take part in curriculum discussions, briefings, and related initiatives that support ongoing improvement.
  • Answer curriculum and assessment-related queries promptly and accurately for learners and stakeholders.
  • Make sure learning resources remain current, accessible, and useful for learners.
  • Support the administration and upkeep of training and learning management systems.
  • Use generative AI tools to prepare digital learning content and improve learner engagement.
  • Apply knowledge from Food & Beverage, the service sector, or digital skills to make course content more relevant.

  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Background in adult learning and workforce development.
  • Good organisational ability to handle several projects and maintain precise records.
