About the Company

The organization is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join its compliance function and help support the full lifecycle of products and platforms, from early-stage ideas through design, functionality, and delivery, while keeping everything aligned with municipal, provincial, and federal laws and regulations.

Work Location

This is a hybrid role based in North York, Ontario, with on-site work required three days per week. It is not a fully remote position.

Responsibilities

  • Support Responsible Gaming and Anti-Money Laundering activities for North American jurisdictions, including AML-related regulatory filings.
  • Help review and coordinate regulatory report submissions for North American jurisdictions.
  • Liaise with clients to complete and submit required regulatory reports.
  • Act as a communication bridge between the company and gaming regulators.
  • Help organize recurring assessments such as platform certifications, security reviews, and internal and external audits.
  • Contribute to the creation, upkeep, and documentation of compliance procedures, policies, and best practices.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and take part in strategic and operational meetings.
  • Track how compliance requirements are being implemented and followed across teams.
  • Stay current on regulatory changes and requirements across North American jurisdictions.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in compliance, especially in working with gaming regulators.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Good research and information-gathering skills.
  • Well-developed organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be willing and eligible to obtain licensing with gaming commissions in all required jurisdictions, including passing background checks and submitting personal information.
  • Experience with filings to FINCEN, FINTRAC, or similar agencies is preferred.
