Role summary

The Community & Activation Manager role for Seltrx is centered on turning signups into active, retained customers. Seltrx is built for service businesses such as salons, car washes, spas, and dry cleaners, helping owners record sales, monitor performance, and pay staff accurately. The key responsibility is not just onboarding new vendors, but ensuring they actually adopt the platform, continue using it, and reach real activation by logging at least three transactions.

  • Welcome and train new vendors both online and face-to-face, including visits to business locations to help set up the Cashier App and guide owners through their first completed sales.
