Role Overview
CALEDONIAN HEALTH CARE LIMITED is looking for experienced Care Assistants who are proud of the quality of care they provide, work in a professional manner, and genuinely value the people they support.

The ideal applicant should already have relevant care experience, be committed to high standards, and be ready to contribute to a caring and supportive service.
Eligibility and Requirements
- You must be legally allowed to work in the UK.
- You need a minimum of 6 months’ experience as a Care Assistant gained within the last 2 years.
- You should already be registered with the SSSC, or be prepared to register within 6 months of starting.
- You must be able to supply at least 2 work-related references connected to care, including your most recent or current employer. One reference should come from a supervisor or another person able to assess your capability.
