Description de l'emploi
Role overview
Join the cabin crew team based at London Stansted Airport with Europe’s largest airline group. The role sits within a fast-growing network of more than 90 operational bases and supports thousands of flights each day while serving a very large customer base.
This opportunity is open to candidates without prior aviation experience. Full training is provided at no cost, covering the core skills needed to deliver a safe, professional, and welcoming onboard experience. Successful trainees are awarded their Cabin Crew wings after completion.
Working as cabin crew is rewarding, but it is also demanding and safety-led. The schedule includes both early and late shifts. Early duties may begin as early as 5:00 am, while late roster days may finish around midnight. The role suits people who enjoy customer interaction, fast-moving environments, and energetic service work.
There are real career progression paths within the cabin crew structure, with opportunities to move into supervisory and management roles over time.
Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, high-quality service to passengers throughout the flight.
- Support onboard safety procedures and maintain safety as the top priority.
- Work early and late shift patterns as assigned by the roster.

- Handle passenger interactions with confidence, enthusiasm, and a customer-first attitude.

Assessments
As part of the hiring process, candidates must complete a compulsory English proficiency assessment and a situational judgment test. Failing to finish these assessments will prevent progression to the interview stage.
