- Help administer and continuously enhance major business platforms, including CRM, ERP, and marketing automation systems.
- Investigate system problems, handle requests for enhancements, and suggest changes that improve efficiency.
- Create, maintain, and improve dashboards and reporting assets used by Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and leadership.
- Protect data quality by keeping information accurate, consistent, and usable through governance and cleanup efforts.
- Support integrations and workflows across tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, and related systems.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and strengthen platform performance.
- Assist with onboarding, system access setup, documentation, and internal training materials.
- Build and maintain SOPs, process guides, and operational knowledge resources.
- Use automation and AI-enabled tools to simplify reporting, documentation, and day-to-day operational work.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in business operations, revenue operations, sales operations, or business systems roles, ideally within a SaaS or technology setting.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce; direct administration experience is considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with platforms such as HubSpot, NetSuite, or similar business systems.
- Working knowledge of integrations and automation tools like Zapier, Celigo, Informatica, or comparable solutions is a plus.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret data and uncover opportunities for process improvement.
- Experience producing reports, dashboards, or other performance-tracking tools for business users.
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage several tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical or operational action.
- A collaborative approach and comfort working with multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Curiosity and adaptability when learning new systems, tools, and technologies.
