About the role
The team is hiring an early-career sales professional with an entrepreneurial mindset to join the EMEA business development function. In this position, you will help shape the outbound sales approach, contribute to product feedback, and support revenue growth. The role is focused on generating and qualifying outbound opportunities for mid-market customers across the EMEA region while helping build the company’s presence in the market.
Key responsibilities
- Develop strong product knowledge along with an understanding of the competitive environment.
- Plan and run targeted outbound campaigns using tailored messaging across multiple channels.
- Partner with marketing on regional campaign efforts.
- Use proven selling methods to engage new accounts.
- Keep CRM data complete, current, and accurate.
- Contribute to sales playbooks and help define the outbound motion.
- Take ownership of pipeline-building tactics and strategic outreach approaches.
- Deepen product expertise with the goal of progressing toward an account executive role and delivering demos adapted to different customer personas.
Requirements
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-moving startup setting.
- Strong ability to work across teams and functions.
- Competitive drive combined with a collaborative mindset.
- Prior experience in account executive, sales development, or business development roles.
- A demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to create customer stories that fit the audience.
- A positive, curious attitude, comfort with uncertainty, and willingness to learn from setbacks.
Compensation and benefits
The estimated on-target earnings for this position are €70,000 per year, inclusive of base salary and incentive pay. The employer also states that compensation is determined using several factors, including location, scope of the role, complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise. In addition to cash pay, the company offers equity and benefits.
