About the role
Multiplier is looking for a Business Development Representative to help expand its client base in Singapore. In this position, you will focus on identifying promising leads, building relationships with prospective customers, and supporting the wider sales effort to unlock new business opportunities.
This role suits someone who is motivated by targets, enjoys client-facing work, and wants to strengthen their sales and business development capabilities while learning from an experienced team.
What you will do
- Research prospects, reach out to potential clients, and use networking to uncover and progress new business opportunities.
- Build and nurture relationships with existing customers while understanding their needs and recommending suitable solutions.
- Partner with the sales team to evaluate, prioritize, and advance opportunities that contribute to revenue growth.
- Study market conditions and competitor activity to support informed business development planning.
- Develop a solid understanding of Multiplier’s offerings so you can clearly explain their value to clients and stakeholders.
- Work alongside teams such as marketing and product to help create new opportunities and support sales expansion.
- Maintain accurate activity records, including pipeline updates and CRM entries.
- Keep improving your sales knowledge and techniques by staying current with best practices and industry trends.
What we are looking for
- Experience in sales or a related discipline, along with a clear grasp of core business development concepts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, plus the ability to build productive relationships.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving setting with the discipline to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving ability and a practical approach to finding workable solutions.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and the ability to pick up new software quickly.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to assess information and make sound decisions.

The role is based in Singapore and is structured as a full-time onsite position.
