Job overview
ESSO Coffee, a specialty coffee brand in Jeddah, is hiring a full-time Barista to join its on-site team in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
What you will do
- Prepare a range of beverages, including specialty coffees such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, and pour-over coffee, along with other hot and cold drinks.
- Welcome customers, take their orders, suggest menu items when needed, and process payments accurately.
- Follow set recipes and preparation standards to keep coffee quality and flavor consistent.
- Wash cups and equipment, sanitize the espresso machine every day, and maintain a clean bar area.
- Track stock levels and keep an eye on the supplies needed for daily operations.
Required background
The role calls for prior experience in specialty coffee, along with customer service experience and professional communication skills. Knowledge of food safety practices and general hygiene standards is also expected.
