About the Role

Einstein Bros. Bagels has been serving fresh bagels daily since 1995 and focuses on creating a positive, upbeat experience for both guests and team members. The brand emphasizes workplace balance, with stores closing at 2:00 PM so employees can spend evenings with family and personal commitments.

This opening is for a Baker who will be part of the early-morning bakery team. Bakers help keep the store running smoothly by preparing product before guests arrive and supporting a friendly, efficient bakery experience.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll make sure each shift has a full, high-quality selection of baked goods and bakery items. You’ll work closely with the team on guest service tasks and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized location.

• Stock the bagel wall and pastry case so fresh product is available throughout the shift.
• Support guest service by assisting with order taking and sandwich preparation when needed.
• Help maintain food and beverage quality standards.
• Keep the store environment safe, tidy, and clean.
• Arrive early for opening duties, with start times as early as 3:00 AM depending on the restaurant.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy, fast-moving setting.
• Willingness to work flexible days and hours based on business needs, including early mornings and weekends.
• Ability to pass a background check when required under applicable local, state, and federal laws.
• A valid state-issued driver’s license is preferred overall and required only at some locations, along with meeting company driving requirements.
• Tip eligibility depends on state rules.
