Role Overview
In this position, you will work with venue leaders and the central team to evaluate the business, uncover growth opportunities, and turn them into a practical strategy and execution plan. The goal is to drive long-term revenue growth while protecting the venue’s identity, relevance, and guest experience.
Commercial Strategy & Growth
- Review the venue’s current commercial performance in detail.
- Spot opportunities to increase revenue through entertainment, corporate events, dining, and the overall guest journey.
- Create a growth roadmap with defined priorities, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
- Prepare business cases and revenue projections for new initiatives.
Entertainment & Programming
- Assess the effectiveness of existing programming and events.
- Design approaches that improve attendance, guest spend, and repeat visits.
- Explore new entertainment concepts, partnerships, and audience groups.
- Refine the yearly events calendar to capture more commercial value.
Corporate Events & Partnerships
- Shape a strategy to expand corporate events and private bookings.
- Identify fresh B2B opportunities and partnership prospects.
- Position the venue more strongly as a high-end events destination.
- Increase conversion rates and repeat business from corporate clients.
Dining & Guest Experience
- Partner with venue leadership to find ways to grow guest spend and repeat visitation.
- Develop initiatives that build loyalty and increase customer lifetime value.
- Ensure commercial improvements strengthen, rather than compromise, the guest experience.
- Assess pricing, packages, and key guest journey touchpoints.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a strategic advisor to venue leadership.
- Bring cross-functional teams together around shared growth goals.
- Run workshops and planning sessions that support execution.
- Build reporting structures and commercial performance dashboards.
