Assistant Store Manager (m/w/d)

Role overview

For the ZARA store in Wiesbaden, we are looking for a full-time Assistant Store Manager who can turn business strategy into day-to-day results on the shop floor. In this role, you connect people, store performance, and operational processes to keep the business moving forward.

What you will do

You will help lead the team, develop employee potential, and make sure commercial targets are translated into practical actions in the store. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will support decision-making, set priorities, and contribute to continuous improvement across the team, store operations, and financial performance.

Your work will have a clear impact on team leadership, customer service, sales performance, and the overall atmosphere in the store.

Profile

We are looking for someone who understands that a successful store is built through strong leadership, clear direction, and motivation that produces real results. You keep a close eye on revenue, service quality, and team mood, and you know how to balance all three in a busy retail environment.

You should be comfortable making decisions together with the Store Manager and managing competing priorities while pushing the store forward every day.
