Role overview
We are hiring for a prominent investment group in the UAE on behalf of Black & Grey HR. The selected professional will lead the digital roadmap for the real estate division and act as the Yardi System Administrator. The role combines PropTech strategy, platform administration, business systems support, and smooth digital operations across the property portfolio.
PropTech strategy and digital transformation
- Shape and deliver the technology roadmap for the real estate function, ensuring digital solutions support business goals.
- Spot and drive opportunities to improve efficiency through transformation initiatives.
- Oversee real estate project management tools and other key applications used by the business unit.
Yardi platform administration
- Configure, maintain, support, and fine-tune the Yardi environment, including upgrades, customizations, and improvements.
- Control user access, permission structures, security settings, and account management.
- Keep data reliable, accurate, and consistent across Yardi modules.
- Assist with rollout of new Yardi modules and system enhancements.
- Track platform performance and suggest ongoing optimizations.
Application support and business systems
- Deliver functional and technical support to users by resolving Yardi issues and related system challenges.
- Prepare financial, operational, leasing, and management reports using Yardi reporting features.
- Work with internal teams to connect Yardi with other enterprise systems.
- Maintain high application availability and meet SLA expectations for property business applications.
Vendor and stakeholder coordination
- Act as the key technical contact for all Yardi-related matters.
- Handle external support partners, procurement tasks, budgets, and service agreements.
- Partner with stakeholders to prioritize improvements and deliver technology initiatives.
- Coordinate execution across business users, procurement teams, and technology vendors.
Governance, compliance, and process improvement
- Create and keep updated documentation, workflow guides, SOPs, and operational manuals.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, governance requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Support ongoing improvement efforts across PropTech systems and processes.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Practical, hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager is required.
- Exposure to Yardi RENTCafe, Yardi Leasing, or similar Yardi modules is a strong plus.
- Good knowledge of property management and real estate operations.
- Background in testing, troubleshooting, implementation, and issue handling.
- Demonstrated project management experience with system upgrades and application enhancements.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical business teams.
- Yardi or comparable property management software certifications are preferred.
- Prior work experience in the UAE is highly desirable.
- Arabic language skills would be an added advantage.

The role requires close coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors, along with strong attention to governance, service levels, and process discipline.
